With a total area of 1.013 hectares, it has an strategic location, only 18 kilometers away from the Center of Fortaleza. DIF I counts on a complete infrastructure, with raw and treated water, sewage system, natural gas and high voltage electric energy.
It has a total area of 164 hectares, with sewage system and treatment in a stabilization pond, water supply system and electric energy supply.
It counts on 40,54 hectares of total area and a similar structure to DIF III, being an excellent option to receive your company.
With a 46-hectare area, it has sewage system, access to the railroad, complete systems of water supply and electric energy. An excellent option to receive businesses from the wholesale sector.
There are 18 hectares of total area, with space to receive your company, specially the confections and textile sectors due to the proximity to the neighborhoods of Jereissati I and Novo Maracanaú, abundant in labor force.

Located alongside the Anel Viário (Ring road – BR-020) that connects all the main access roads to Fortaleza
and the Metropolitan Region (BR-222, BR-116, CE-065 and CE-040). It also relies on Metrofor stations (metro) and a railway line.
Labor force and qualification
Maracanaú relies on a young and prepared labor force.
